At CA Technologies, I assessed, identified and prioritized most viable options for new product initiatives and presented to executive stakeholders and R&D teams. Additionally, I promoted, tested and released iterative development cycles, managing two front-end development teams.
During my tenure, I also managed accelerators Flowdock and Catchfly. I built out strategic roadmap and key features for new productivity app (Catchfly), leading team of eight Android, iOS and web developers, using agile-driven SDLC, design thinking and scrum/kanban to determine market viability and strategy.

Led Accelerator Products, Catchfly and Flowdock
I presented portfolio metrics, demos, milestones, and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and R&D teams weekly. This allowed me to communicate priorities, timelines, and dependencies of Agile Central (formerly Rally) and accelerator products, Catchfly and Flowdock.
User feedback at each milestone
Speaking with users at CA Technologies every week was quite a pleasure. Additionally, we brought customers and users into big room planning sessions to ensure our roadmap aligned with customers/user needs. I remained relentless in providing customer voice input to deliver customer-approved features.
Cross-segmentation rollout for users
Leveraging cross-segmentation rollouts allowed us to release new SaSS versions iteratively. This gave us an easier ability to roll back when necessary and allowed us to ensure customers and users alike were pleased with the latest functionality released.
- Crafted requirements aligned with the voice of the customer, getting features and work vetted and approved by customers prior to feature deployment.
- Managed the adoption and cross-segmentation rollout in eight languages worldwide.

CA Technologies held many products, including Agile Central (now Rally), and accelerator product such as Flowdock and Catchfly. I worked across all platforms, supporting product strategy and roadmap working with with remote developers throughout the US.
