Managing product strategy for CA Technologies' Agile Central, Flowdock, and Catchfly platforms—leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-validated features across web, iOS, and Android in eight languages.

CA Technologies

Senior Product Manager, Agile Central

CA Technologies needed to evolve three distinct productivity platforms—Agile Central (Rally), Flowdock for team collaboration, and Catchfly, a new productivity accelerator—while serving global customers across web, iOS, and Android platforms in eight languages.

As Senior Product Manager, I led product strategy and development across all three platforms, managing a team of eight developers and coordinating front-end and back-end work that required seamless API integration and cross-platform functionality. I championed customer-centric product development by bringing users directly into big room planning sessions, employing design thinking workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks to uncover pain points and validate solutions before deployment.

I assessed and prioritized new product initiatives using agile methodologies, managed cross-segmentation rollouts that enabled iterative releases with rollback capabilities, and presented portfolio metrics, roadmaps, and demos to executive stakeholders and R&D teams. Through continuous customer engagement, A/B testing, and usability labs, I ensured features were customer-approved and delivered value across diverse global markets—driving product innovation while maintaining competitive positioning in the productivity and agile management space.
