As a thought leader and SME in mobile apps within the organization, I championed lean startup methodologies, leveraging frequent qualitative and quantitative customer feedback to validate solutions, address user challenges, and align with market needs.

I spearheaded the comprehensive overhaul of CRM mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms and led the vision and development of the lean accelerator product, Hint Go. Managing the agile software development lifecycle (SDLC), I ensured the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications with monthly releases.

I was instrumental in shaping product strategy by presenting business cases to executive management, which informed feature design and prioritization. In defining strategic themes for our product portfolio and mobile value streams, I worked closely with partners to evaluate API integrations and make strategic decisions on whether to build or buy functionalities. My market analysis efforts led to the identification of new product opportunities and growth areas, driving innovation and market relevance.

Custom List View Filters

Users can create, edit, and save custom list view filters directly in Sugar Mobile for use on mobile apps, tablets, and desktop experience. Custom list fields allowed sales associates and field representatives to streamline and control their critical data information.

Tag Management and Filtering by Tags

As a highly requested feature by customers, I initiated and released tag management with SugarCRM mobile. This allowed users to add, edit, and remove tags on records in Sugar Mobile. Additionally, we iterated on filtering by tags.

Comments and @Mentions

Provided SugarCRM mobile users the ability to add comments throughout the mobile application and SDK. Additionally @mentions with the ability to get to a push notification transformed the efficiency for field representatives using mobile phones or tablets. This was critical for timely communications that help close deals faster.

My role during my tenure at SugarCRM involved ensuring seamless API access and providing SDKs to customers and vendors, thereby facilitating smooth integrations and enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, I actively promoted our mobile platforms and SDKs with vendors and through trade shows, demonstrations, customer meetings, and conferences, significantly increasing visibility and engagement.
