I defined and prioritized the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals while enhancing the user experience for both consumers and enterprise clients. By mapping out the customer journey, I helped transform LifeTagger into a real-time marketplace for proximity-based messaging, enabling users to share content seamlessly based on their location and context.

Beyond product development, I established a customer advisory board and led user testing initiatives to validate and refine new features, ensuring the platform met market needs.
