Health assessments are available as guides for field dependent and field independent users. Using AI-powered predictive analytics, Evernorth identifies and predict individual needs to connect users to the best healthcare providers. Users can receive first available appointments targeted within three business days through online mobile scheduling.

Universal Capabilities to Innovate Quicker

Universal Capabilities comprise foundational micro UI’s and back-end development through the Evernorth Health Services product suite. Building additional features on top of universal Capabilities allows each product to be streamlined with the ability to build on top of APIs. This helps reduce time to market and is intended to maximize business outcomes.

  • Built customer and clinical approved innovative healthcare tools and microservices within Evernorth Future of Care supporting Cigna, MDLive, VillageMD, Epic, and other EMR integrations.
  • Identified offerings and features that were needed to retain existing customers, attract new customers and innovate the platform ahead of competitors. 
  • Assisted in orchestrating various Google Play and iOS App Store submissions, release management and strategic communications of Evernorth’s mobile-first ecosystems.
  • Lead matrixed teams through project definition, design thinking, implementation, quality assurance and go to market strategy of initiatives, features and integrations on Google Play and iOS App Store.
  • Built business & product requirements partnering with capability & technology solution managers to develop competitive products & features.
  • Provided strategic thought partnership to Chief of Staff and Product Leadership to influence, drive, and model transformation of Future of Care accelerator.
  • Delivered iteration pilot to present of Evernorth’s Future of Care “See a Doc” pillar based on organizational roadmap, objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Delivered iteration pilot to present of Evernorth’s “Behavioral Care” pillar based on organizational roadmap, objectives and key performance indicators to improve accessibility and reduce time to care for patients. 
  • Defined product development roadmap and developed strategic business objectives and tactical goals for new SaaS start-up software offerings
  • Owned the product development lifecycle of assigned product or capability areas, including status reports
