About Brittany

Brittany Glover seated in a bright office

From writing code to leading digital strategy, I bring a developer's depth to every product decision.

I'm Director of Digital Strategy at the Council for Economic Education, where I lead the digital experience for national programs and competitions that reach students and teachers across the country.

Over 15 years, I've led product at IBM, CA Technologies, SugarCRM, Credit Karma, Evernorth, and Optum. I partner with executives and cross functional teams to turn data into strategy, build consensus around new initiatives, and bring new life to existing products.

Where I've Made an Impact

Four industries, one through line: products people actually use.
  • Healthcare 2 care pillars

Shipped "See a Doctor" and "Behavioral Care" at Evernorth, and led the Manage Care mobile launch at Optum.

  • Fintech 75%

Core Values That Guide My Work

The beliefs I keep coming back to, shaped by real launches, a lot of learning, and the teams I've led.
  • Strategy

Good strategy bends with the market and the user. I hold the big picture and the daily execution at once, lining up positioning, goals, and milestones so they point the same direction.

  • Expertise

My years as an engineer still pay off daily. I understand the tradeoffs behind every product decision, which keeps my ideas ambitious and buildable.

  • Playbooks

Products that scale need processes that scale. I build playbooks that lock in what works and still leave room to experiment.

  • Communication

Fast teams need clear signals. I keep channels open and updates steady, so everyone from engineers to executives can make good calls quickly.

Product Leader, Engineer at the Core

I'm at my best moving teams out of ambiguity and pushing products past just working. Whether it's a startup hunting for product market fit or an enterprise modernizing a legacy platform, I bring technical credibility and a clear strategy.
